     Program Features

Both programs start by having Classic inspectors perform a thorough home inspection. Once the inspection is complete the sellers have options of Gold or Platinum Plans. The Gold Plan strives to present complete disclosure. More on the features and benefit of this later. The Platinum Plan takes Gold to the next level. When a seller commits to rectifying all of the issues* or problems* they are upgraded to the Platinum Plan. Summaries of the two are as follows:

The Gold Plan includes:

• a thorough inspection of the sellers home
• an inspection report attached to the disclosure statement
• Agents can then advertise the homes condition as reported
• a Pre-Qualified Home Gold sign topper

 The Platinum Plan includes:

• everything in the Gold Plan plus...
• a re-inspection of those issues in the summary of the initial report
• upon re-inspection, an amended report showing the 'repairs' 

The Gold Plan may be upgraded to the Platinum Plan at any time with no penalty. Promotional topper signs are supplied at no extra charge. opportunities are available through Classic and your real estate agent.

*issues/problems are those maintenance or safety issues as outlined by the national home inspectors Inspection Standards. We inspect to those standards and defend our findings to any buyers inspection, once again, at no charge.
