Inspection Agreement

Dear Home Buyer / Seller

Before we can perform an inspection on your contracted home, you must read the agreement carefully, fill it in completely and sign and fax us the agreement between you and Classic Inspections. Enclosed is a link to our agreement. Simply click on the link or highlight, copy and paste into your Internet browser. If you agree to the terms, sign it and fax it back to us.

Please note that this agreement must be signed immediately to confirm your scheduled inspection date. We will need this contract faxed back to us within the next 24 hours in order to confirm and reserve your inspection date. We must have a signed agreement with you before driving out to the property. The signature needs to be the contract owner and not an agent or representative.

Note: Payment should be made prior to the inspection online or by check at the time of the inspection.
