Before we can perform an inspection on your contracted home, we ask that you read the Pre-Inspection Agreement carefully, if you agree to the terms, fill it in completely and sign and fax it to us at least 24 hrs. prior to the inspection date. Click on the link below to view and print the document.

Please note: To confirm your pre-scheduled online
inspection date, we must have a signed agreement with you before driving out to
the property. The signature must be the contract owner and not an agent
or representative.
Note: Payment should be made by check at the time of the inspection.
